Natural Resources Canada, Office of Energy Efficiency:

The federal government offers a wide array of financial incentives for incremental costs associated with green building design and construction in the industrial and commercial sectors. As well, through the Canadian Industrial Program for Energy Conservation, construction companies can receive subsidized energy audits to improve their energy efficiency.

Green Municipal Funds:

A $250 million program administered by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities that are designed to remove investment barriers to green municipal infrastructure, such as real or perceived risks and higher capital costs. The Funds' priorities are to cut greenhouse gas emissions, to improve local air, water and soil quality, and to promote renewable energy.

FleetSmart Program:

A branch of Natural Resources Canada, FleetSmart offers free practical advice on how energy-efficient vehicles and business practices can reduce your fleet's operating costs, improve productivity and increase your competitiveness. Also offers financial incentives for purchase of certain makes of anti-idling equipment.
