Groupe AGF

Founded in 1948, Groupe AGF is a global expert in reinforcing steel and post-tensioning, proudly built on values like teamwork, leadership—and a big heart. In 2012, they launched the AGF Group Foundation to give back to the communities that support them. Since then, employees have led over 750 fun and meaningful fundraising events, from Polar Bear Dips to bingo nights, raising over $4.4 million for great causes. Their generosity keeps growing—with big initiatives like donating $75,000 in every Canadian region for their 75th anniversary, and the new Generous Giving program supporting employee-nominated charities. With over 60 nationalities represented, AGF celebrates diversity, inclusion, and kindness every step of the way. Their efforts have earned major recognition—and, more importantly, brought people together to make a real difference.
