2025/2026 recipient(s)
Lindsey Shaw and Rebecca Gelech
For dedication both externally and internally to supporting their community, the CCA Community Leader Award of Excellence is presented
to Lyndsey Shaw and Rebecca Gelech.

True community leadership isn’t measured by a single moment. It’s measured by consistency, compassion, and the willingness to show up—again and again.
At Ledcor’s Saskatoon operations, Lyndsey Shaw and Rebecca Gelech exemplify what it means to lead with heart. Alongside their work delivering one of the region’s largest healthcare projects, they have built a culture of giving that reaches far beyond the job site.
Lyndsey and Rebecca’s commitment to young people is especially powerful. As class ambassadors for the Saskatoon Public Schools Foundation’s All In for Literacy Day, they supported more than 500 students across 20 schools—reinforcing the connection between education, opportunity, and community strength. They also participated in the BMO Walk So Kids Can Talk, supporting youth mental health initiatives nationwide. Lyndsey and Rebecca remind us that the strongest leaders don’t just contribute—they create ripple effects that build stronger, more inclusive communities for the future.
