Assistant Manager, Marketing and Partnerships

Location:

Ottawa, Ontario

Introduction:

CCA is looking for a driven and curious Marketing and Partnerships Assistant Manager to help grow and promote our core products and services, including Gold Seal Certification, CCDC and CCA Documents, and SignaSur.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who is eager to learn, take ownership and see the direct results of their work. You will play a hands-on role in executing integrated marketing campaigns, supporting sponsorship and advertising initiatives, managing website content and tracking performance across digital channels.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and subject-matter experts, gaining exposure to national-level campaigns, product marketing, and revenue-generating partnerships. This role is ideal for a self-starter who wants to grow, bring ideas forward, and build a strong foundation in marketing and partnerships within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You are confident, personable, and thoughtful in how you show up, with strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment, and you’re energized by building relationships and representing a national organization.

Your work will directly support CCA’s mission to elevate and advocate for Canada’s construction industry.

About:

The Canadian Construction Association (CCA) is the national voice for Canada’s construction industry, giving voice to the public policy, legal and standards development goals of contractors, suppliers and allied business professionals working in, or with, our industry.

Construction is the backbone of the Canadian economy, employing some 1.6 million Canadians, pumping about $165 billion annually into the national economy, and accounting for nearly 7.4 per cent of Canada’s gross domestic product (GDP). Its impact is immense and the life we enjoy – from the schools we send our kids to; the hospitals that care for us; to the roads and bridges that connect our communities – is all possible because of construction.
