Help shape Canada’s construction industry: Join CCA’s leadership community

Are you looking to make a real impact on Canada’s construction industry? Here’s your chance.

CCA is looking for passionate, experienced leaders to join our Board of Directors, committees, and National Advisory Councils (NAC). We are committed to bringing diverse perspectives and expertise to our organization and nurturing the industry’s future leaders. So, whether you work in the civil infrastructure sector in Quebec or you’re a new trade contractor from British Columbia, we want your voice at the table.

Applications open September 29!

This is not just any volunteer opportunity. It’s a platform to influence national policy, advance industry innovation, and connect with construction leaders across the country.

Applications will be accepted from September 29 to November 3, 2025.

Why get involved with CCA?

We know that great ideas come from every region, background, and sector. That’s why we’re looking for individuals who bring diverse industry perspectives – from trade contractors to roadbuilders, from big cities to rural communities, and from traditionally underrepresented groups.

Here’s what being part of CCA can offer you:

  • Make a national impact: Help shape policy, advocate for the industry, and create opportunities for positive change and innovation.
  • Build your network: CCA offers exceptional networking opportunities to connect with construction leaders and peers from across Canada.
  • Enhance your leadership skills: Develop and refine your leadership abilities, whether in governance, advocacy, best practices, or industry innovation.
  • Give back to the industry: Play a vital role in strengthening the construction sector.

We are seeking qualified candidates from across Canada and across sectors. If you believe you can bring insight, leadership, and energy to our Board, committees, or NACs, we want to hear from you.
