AGM – March 10, 2025

Join us for CCA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 13:30 – 14:30 (ET) in Quebec City.

The purpose of the AGM is to:

  • Receive reports from CCA’s Board of Directors and management.
  • Approve the minutes of the AGM held on March 11, 2024.
  • Receive the audited financial statements for 2024.
  • Appoint the auditors for 2025.
  • Consider by-law amendments and motion re: same.
  • Elect directors to CCA’s board.
  • Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Proposed amendments to CCA By-laws

CCA members will be asked to vote in favour of the motion, “Be it resolved that the amendments to By-Law No. 1 of the Corporation are hereby approved, in the form presented to the members.”

As per CCA by-laws, the Board of Directors shall be elected by the members at each AGM where an election of directors is required.
