Join us for CCA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 13:30 – 14:30 (PT) in San Diego, California.
The purpose of the AGM is to:
- Receive reports from CCA’s Board of Directors and management.
- Approve the minutes of the AGM held on March 10, 2025.
- Receive the audited financial statements for 2025.
- Appoint the auditors for 2026.
- Appoint directors to CCA’s board.
- Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

As per CCA by-laws, the Board of Directors shall be appointed by the members at each AGM where an election of directors is required.
