FOCUS on Best Practices

Best Practices in Construction Symposium: For the people who make projects happen

Join us October 30-31, 2025 in Toronto for the Canadian Construction Association’s inaugural Best Practices in Construction Symposium. Unlike typical conferences filled with high-level ideas and theoretical overviews, this one is laser-focused on practical, real-world insights that can be applied immediately to projects, teams, and processes.

From site supervisors and estimators to project managers and construction management professionals, this event is built for the people who keep construction moving. Every session delivers field-tested strategies and peer insights you can apply immediately.

Featured topics include:

  • Greener building practices — and how to implement them
  • Data-driven decision-making from site to office
  • Project management strategies that deliver results
  • Equitable procurement and smarter contracting
  • Collaboration models that break down silos
  • Post-pandemic innovations that are here to stay.
