CCA’s Partner Evaluation Tool, developed by our Trade Contractors National Advisory Council, provides a structured way to assess your project partners. The tool allows users to score prospective partners on six key criteria, resulting in a risk level that can help inform decisions on pricing – or even help decide whether to pursue a project at all.
