Manager, Marketing and Partnerships

Location:

Ottawa, Ontario

Introduction:

CCA is looking for a strategic and driven Marketing and Partnerships Manager to lead the promotion of our key products and services – such as Gold Seal Certification, Canadian Construction Documents Commitee (CCDC) and CCA Documents, and SignaSur – while also overseeing digital performance and growing non-dues revenue through sponsorship and advertising.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who loves turning strategy into action. You’ll lead integrated product marketing campaigns, manage website content and analytics, and cultivate meaningful relationships with sponsors, advertisers, and industry partners.

You will play a key role in the association’s growth, and your success will directly support CCA’s mission to elevate and advocate for Canada’s construction industry.

The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership, creativity, and curiosity, and is energized by promoting value-driven offerings in a national context. You are confident and personable, with excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgment, and you’re comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About:

The Canadian Construction Association (CCA) is the national voice for Canada’s construction industry, giving voice to the public policy, legal and standards development goals of contractors, suppliers and allied business professionals working in, or with, our industry.

Construction is the backbone of the Canadian economy, employing some 1.6 million Canadians, pumping about $151 billion annually into the national economy, and accounting for nearly 7.4 per cent of Canada’s gross domestic product (GDP). Its impact is immense and the life we enjoy – from the schools we send our kids to; the hospitals that care for us; to the roads and bridges that connect our communities – is all possible because of construction.
