CDBI 210 – 2004: Request for Proposal Guide
The purpose of the Design-Build Proposal process is to enable an Owner to select a qualified Design-Builder responding to the Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and achieving the highest overall score in the evaluation for the Design-Build implementation of the above captioned project.
