Who will you nominate? CCA National Awards are now accepting submissions
Looking for a way to recognize an outstanding leader, innovative company, or industry champion? Nominations are now open for the Canadian Construction Association’s (CCA) National Awards.
Recognizing excellence across nine categories, the awards honour the people and organizations whose achievements are strengthening the industry and shaping its future.
Winners will be honoured at the awards breakfast during the CCA Annual Conference, earning national recognition among their peers for contributions ranging from innovation and safety to sustainability, leadership, and workforce development.
The deadline to apply is December 1, 2026.
A note on nomination forms and how they are evaluated
Nomination forms have been updated to provide clearer guidance on the submission criteria for each award.
To support fair and equitable consideration, nominations will be evaluated within the context of the sector and company size identified on the application form. The judging panel may also present multiple awards within a category when differences in sector or company size warrant additional recognition.

Community Leader Award
Recognizes CCA member firms, partner associations, or individuals employed by a member firm who have made an outstanding contribution to their community, region, or country.
Environmental Achievement Award
Celebrates innovative engineering, architectural design, construction practices, technologies, or environmental management systems that deliver significant environmental benefits. Submissions should include measurable results, life-cycle information, and details about the innovation.
Excellence in Innovation
Recognizes CCA member firms that have introduced groundbreaking construction practices within the past two years. Submissions should outline the innovation and its impact on safety, productivity, predictability, profitability, or environmental sustainability.
Gold Seal Award
Honours CCA member firms that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to construction management excellence by supporting Gold Seal certification and integrating the program into their business practices.
National Safety Award
Presented in memory of Gordon M. Vipond, this award recognizes outstanding workplace safety achievements, including safety program development, employee training, industry leadership, and an excellent safety record.
Partner Association Award
Recognizes CCA integrated partner associations that have strengthened the industry through advocacy, government relations, education, member recruitment, or other initiatives that deliver meaningful results.
Pinnacle Leader Award
Honouring the legacy of Robert Stollery, this award celebrates individuals who have demonstrated exemplary leadership and upheld the highest standards in construction over a career of more than 20 years.
