CCA is seeking your feedback as part of the endorsement process
CCA has been asked to review three CCDC documents and one CCA document, and is seeking your feedback as part of the endorsement process.
The CCDC documents are:
- Updated CCDC 5A – 2024 ‘Construction Management Contract – for Services,’ dated February 12, 2024
- Updated CCDC 5B – 2024 ‘Construction Management Contract – for Services and Construction,’ dated February 12, 2024
- Updated CCDC 17 – 2024 ‘Stipulated Price Contract Between Owner and Trade Contractor for Construction Management Projects,’ dated February 12, 2024
The CCA document is:
- Updated CCA 19 – 2024 ‘Stipulated Price Sub-subcontract,’ dated January 3, 2024
