AGM – March 11, 2024

Join us for CCA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on
Monday, March 11, 2024 at 13:30 – 14:30 p.m. (AST) in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

The purpose of the AGM is to:

  • Receive reports from CCA’s Board of Directors and management.
  • Approve the minutes of the AGM held on March 6, 2023.
  • Receive the audited financial statements for 2023.
  • Appoint the auditors for 2024.
  • Consider by-law amendments and motion re: same.
  • Elect directors to CCA’s board.
  • Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Proposed amendments to CCA By-laws

CCA members will be asked to vote in favour of the motion, “Be it resolved that the amendments to By-Law No. 1 of the Corporation are hereby approved, in the form presented to the members.”

Please click on the links below for an outline of the proposed amendments, which are primarily in support of providing membership status to integrated partner associations and some housekeeping items, as well as the By-Laws showing the proposed amendments. 


Slate of candidates for election or renewal to CCA’s 2024-25 Board of Directors

As per CCA By-laws, the Board of Directors shall be elected by the members at each AGM where an election of directors is required.
