Nominations for this award must be no longer than 5 pages (not including nomination form and supporting appendices), and must include a narrative based on the criteria below. A minimum of 10 hi-res pictures and/or videos, relating to the submission content, must accompany the submission. Nominees should present their accomplishments in each of the 3 areas in essay format. Each program should be new (under 3 years old). If the program is an ongoing project, please emphasize the accomplishments that have happened only in the past three years. Please use this form to indicate that the appropriate content has been included.*
- Industry enhancement (through lobbying, government relations, etc.) • Lobbying — provide examples of recent initiative(s) and include how success was measured. (10 Points) • Government Relations — outside of specific lobbying initiatives, describe how relationships have been maintained. (10 Points) • Public Relations — provide example(s) of public and/or media relations, and how success was measured. (10 Points)
- Education • New Programs — provide details on any new program(s) implemented. (15 Points) • Overall Education Program — provide details on current education program (e.g. program evaluation process, selection of courses, innovation, marketing, etc.). (15 Points)
- Membership recruitment programs. • Growth — provide details of tangible results in recruitment programs. (10 Points) • Innovation — provide details on new program(s) or initiative(s). (10 Points) • Current Program — provide details of programs and initiatives beyond the lobbying and education programs highlighted previously in the submission. (10 Points)
