Nominations for this award must be no longer than 5 pages (not including nomination form and supporting appendices), and must include a narrative based on the criteria below. A minimum of 10 hi-res pictures and/or videos, relating to the submission content, must accompany the submission. Please use this form to indicate that the appropriate content has been included.*
- Submission provides proof that nominee is under the age of 40 as of the closing date of awards submissions). (Qualifying)
- Provides details of nominee’s participation in the development of the construction industry through active support (including membership in CCA Partner construction association(s) and/or the association’s Young Leaders Group.) (25 Points)
- Provides details of nominee’s demonstrated growth and continuous improvement through education and innovation. (25 Points)
- Provides details that demonstrate nominee’s community spirit. (20 Points)
- Provides testimonials that demonstrate a nominee has garnered respect from clients and peers. (25 Points)
